12.00pm Fair Day at Musgrave Park, South Brisbane

Rise and shine for the Pride Rally at 10am in King George Square, Ann Street, the City. Guest speakers include Toye de Wilde, with Citrus Witches and Darren Adler providing entertainment. The March to Musgrave Park begins at 11am. This year promises to be more colourful than ever with a float procession and marchers encouraged to wear their brightest florals.

Fair Day will be a cruisy, lie around on the grass, eat, drink and catch up with friends kind of day. Triple Js Fenella Kernebone will co-host proceedings with our own Tamara Tonite. Punters can expect the ever-popular Pedigree Paws Pet Parade with this year's theme being Aloha Pussycat!" (register your pet at the Doggywood Cafe by 12.15pm). There will be food and information stalls, a Queer Beer tent open from 11am-6pm, a kids activities tent and giant jumping castle for the big and little kids. Queensland AIDS Council also present the Human Board Game - In Suboardination. Keep your eye on the stage and don't miss the Brisbane Lesbian and Gay Pride Choir, Women in Docs, Odd Girl Out, Last House on the Left and Dirt Petty. The Sydney 2002 Gay Games athletes will also be out flexing their bods.
